Our team creates a mood board and preliminary sketches that bring your vision to life. We focus on sustainable materials, innovative solutions, and cutting-edge trends. You’ll have the opportunity to give feedback and collaborate closely with us to refine the designs.

Step 3: Design & Planning
Transforming ideas into actionable plans.
Once the concept is locked in, we create detailed plans, including floor layouts, material selections, and colour schemes. Every detail is mapped out, from eco-friendly material sourcing to the technical aspects of construction, to ensure a smooth execution.
The 3D sketch is updated and at this stage we finalise the design and budget ensuring there will be no changes — and hence added costs — later on
Step 4: Project Management
We handle the heavy lifting, so you don’t have to.
With everything in place, we manage the entire construction or renovation process, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and sustainability at every stage. Our team coordinates contractors, schedules, and inspections, giving you peace of mind.
Tender Process
Daily / Weekly / Monthly Inspections
Weekly Reports : We provide a weekly report from site every Friday updating the client with the progress for the week as well as the plan for the following week
Communication available 7 days a week on your preferred platform (whatsapp/email/wechat etc)
Step 5: Finishing Touches
Adding the final flair to make your space truly yours.
Once the work is done, we focus on those small, personalized details—whether it's a unique lighting fixture or sustainable décor pieces. We make sure your space feels complete, harmonious, and aligned with your vision.

After completion, we walk through the space with you to ensure every aspect meets your expectations. We also offer a follow-up period to address any snagging issues and provide ongoing support.
Final Payment retention period of 3 months post completion to ensure the project meets expectations
